A great connection, between Frank White and Biggie Smalls. As a life long big fan I never knew where that nickname came from but I do know I must drop these biggie lyrics in this post.

Frank White push the sticks on the Lexus, LX, four and a half, bulletproof glass tints if I want some ass

This is wrong. Frank White was a fictional character in the movie King of New York. The character who played Frank White was Christopher Walken, similar to Christopher Wallace, Biggie's real name. Also, in the movie, Frank White becomes a hero to the poor.
